Cancellation Policy
1.) Any participant who registers for a LunchNet™ event has the right to cancel at any time by sending an e-mail to cancellation@lunchnet.co.uk with a written request to cancel. Cancellation requests are only accepted by email. The participant will be refunded in full if he or she cancels 5 days or more from the date of the LunchNet™ event. However, if the participant cancels 4 days or fewer to the date of the event, he or she will not receive a refund but can transfer to another event subject to availability. If the participant cancels with 48 hours no transfer or refund will be offered.
2.)LunchNet™ will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified on this web site. However, LunchNet™ holds the right to cancel and/or change LunchNet™ event times, dates and locations under certain conditions. These conditions usually include, but are not limited to, event venue cancellation or rescheduling, and insufficient number of participants for the event.
3.)LunchNet™ holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. In the event that LunchNet™ must cancel the event, you will be refunded your money in full or offered a transfer to another LunchNet™ event of your choosing, availability permitting.
